T.O.P obviously didn't want to leave BIGBANG, but he feels so guilty that he believes he doesn't deserve to be part of the group. However, if he asked us fans, I would definitely want him back. T.O.P needs his friends; we all know that he does. Yes, T.O.P is a quirky guy, but he is happier and enjoys being around the people who are close to him. And BIGBANG is that people. His people. His friends. His family. I would love for the group to break the system once again, just as they have done many times in the past. They earned the title of "Kings of K-Pop" for that reason. They made significant changes even when it was risky. Just one more time-one last push against those conservative norms.

well he can still call them private if he wants

@@Supani-ej9iy We were hoping he was still in contact with them privately but the fact he says he hasn't means he is choosing to keep it that way. Maybe, at some point they will, but we will never know.

I am late to the party but Last Dance is my favourite Bigbang song. It foretold of what has taken place, the last performance being the last of them being together.

Without a doubt, T.O.P is an inseparable part of BIGBANG's legacy, and his relationship with the group goes far beyond just a professional collaboration-they are truly his family. BIGBANG has always been known for challenging expectations, breaking rules, and showcasing their strength. It wasn’t just their music that made them legends but their ability to face hardships and emerge even stronger. If there’s any group capable of breaking the system again, it’s BIGBANG. Thank u for talking about this. Tbh i'm a bit rage (?) curious. Is there really question that asked him about "10 years without apologize to social media" like from we all know and paparazzi's camera. He always saying sorry, even after just gained conciousness from coma. Journalist jump into him like no tomorrow appear to harrast him by asking question. Edit : wis > is

I didn't hear they asked it that way. He has spent the last 10 years mostly alone and making music. He is filled with regret and self hate sadly. He was very honest and humble and trembling. Didn't limit questions at all and bowed to each reporter and apologized . He is too ashamed to even speak to BB members but watches their comeback and loves them. He has a very deep album coming out where he poured is pain out. He said the date is not set it's coming (said recently 2025).

@hl217 isn't it non video interview. One of TOP devoted fans wendy chaiwawa sharing all interview weblinks. One of it asking him about that. Every web and interview have their own question based on by their own journalist. Well a lot question throwed at him. Even the words different but mean of their question similar and he answer he is guilty even though the question isn't same.

He aplogized when it happened. I am too Western to really get.a confucian society perspective, but it takes reflecting to apologize meaningfully. He didn't feel he had a means to reach a wider Korean audience, when he was not active. He was not up to it. He is trying to do it now. He doesn't seem to blame them but himself. HIs upset interacting with fan comments confused fans and Koreans to some degree (not at all blaming him, on his side). He didn't put restrictions of press, which is very very uncommon. He did a very bold humble thing.

Weed in SK is REALLY looked down upon and disgusted by. YG won’t ever let him back in unless Big Bang creates a new band separate from YG and markets themselves to Western audiences

Here's a fact that many still do not know. South Korea legalized weed for medical use in 2022. Their government is running its own weed lab in one of their provinces. From the last information I got, they will expand that farm. I don't see any locals protesting or going mad over it. Yes, it is illegal for recreational use but the fact they accepted it for medical use means they know its not a 100% bad drug. So why tf are they hating T.O.P as if he used 1 kilogram of weed in a year? 😆One vape doesn't even have that high percentage. IMO, some people are being unreasonably hateful.
