@palrajcit. Don't give inflated figure and justify the price is less during BJP rule. Never Gas price crossed more than Rs 800 for domestic cylinder and every house getting back Rs 350 as rebate back to their account. Do not compare Congress time commercial cylinder rate with present domestic cylinder price. Also domestic cylinder price reduced last year dec only to Rs 800 last year prior to Oct price was Rs 1050 was domestic cylinder price.

LPG was Rs. 440/- per cylinder when Manmohan left office 😂 The price of petrol of course doubled but international crude prices hovered between $ 110 to 147 per barrel then. When international crude prices came to Zero during pandemic in 2020 even then petrol was sold at Rs. 80/- in India. Today international crude prices is just $ 73 per barrel. Curiously, you left out Diesel. LoL 😂😂 Diesel price was Rs.54/- when Manmohan left office. Today it is over Rs. 90/- per litre and it is Diesel price which mainly drives inflation up. I used to have full vegetarian meals in a decent hotel for Rs. 50/- during 2013. Today full meals cost anywhere between 170-200. That itself is testimony as to how much runaway inflation has tormented the commoners between 2014 till date. The land and flat prices have almost doubled in the last ten years showing how bogus the measurement of Inflation is during Modi's regime. And lastly value of rupee vs dollar. It was Rs. 58 to a dollar when UPA left office. Today it is near 85. BJP promised in his 2014 manifesto that it will appreciate the value of rupee to Rs. 40/- a dollar. 😂 And that is another promise gone in smoke.
