Well buddy for comfort ironman4x4 suspension are the best specially to make thar comfortable in case family..If you have to put money then invest on ironman nitrogas shocks in case you do not go offroad otherwise Toughdog suspension are best lift for thar as I have used both….

Thanks for such a detailed overview. Need a help/suggestion to choose between Ironman or Tough Dog. I am looking for a better ride comfort and upgrade from stock our scenario 80-85% on highways and 15-20% on rough terrains. We travel with our dog so more 2 inch lift in ToughDog might impact for her to get into the car. Will Ironman Neo on rough roads be as bumpy as stock? I know couple of questions but would be awaiting for the reply 😊😊

I have driven jimny with both ironman ( nitro gas ) & toughdog ( foam cell ) on rough trails, the difference is negligible but still one can feel the latter one to be a tad comfy. Good informative upload for the Indian audience in particular bro 🙌🙌you surely keeping the offroad fam strong :D 💪

Thanks buddy……See I cant comment on MMG because thar and travel for long trips requires some durability and refined suspensions around 2 inches and MMG kits are generally for high lifts …Secondly the kind of comfort australian kits provide it can go upto lifetime without any worries as they are globally tested in worst conditions…..Every single time when I drive my car now I am in love with the suspensions comfort and confidence…

Yes I saw Thomas inputs too ,well on the highways I have driven around 12-1300 km and I felt extremely confident specially on cornering and while pulling to 140-150kmph so honestly if your goal is onroad and offroad both 50percent each then you need more ground clearance which will give you an additional confidence while abusing snow and mud terrain .hope this helps

Of course this helps. Well, I wanted know how stiff/bouncy the ride has got on highways? Usually I don't have that kind of load as my rear seats go off when am on a road trip and luggage is also minimal. With reat seats on and all my luggage I feel that stock suspensions suck!! They bottom at times too and that's known to us. My travel is mostly 70% highway and 30% offroad. From my research, Ironman should be an ideal choice but like I said earlier, that 40mm toughdog lift is exciting.. Thus highway ride quality needs to be thought about and that's why the question!! :) I also have same beast alloys(without beadlocks) and that small offset has made hell of a difference in terms of cornering and confidence. Working on it to bring the same but as I have covered Mustang nepal ,spiti circuit on stock and now I have covered leh on toughdog ..so I try to communicate all the difference that i feel while the extreme terrains on tough dog to bring some clarity…

@@ajitvetha practically the lift is under 2 inch which does not change the Cv angle to that extent which harm the vehicle and thats why the experts and the company itself does not suggested changes in diffdrops and upper arms ….same kind of lift happpens ironman kit too but with no external changes and the vehicles have performed exceptionally well in snow and slush on long drives .hope this helps👍

Go for ironman 4x4 suspension….one time investment but worth to go for,however if you want 2inch lift along with comfort then go for toughdog suspension ….extreme results for me 👍

Very informative video after dcv ur the next person which I am subscribing ur channel I am owner of thar Rwd just now I contacted 6th Mile they also suggesting for ironman for highway nd family use age but I have query while crossing small small speed beakers 6-7 no’s vehicle loss control nd move close to near by vehicle for that they advised for tyre change , if that true do I need to change tyre if that means I can go ahead with stock alloys, At last which tyre do u suggest with size I mostly touring with family nd kids highway nd city drive, kindly help me out
