You are right about being critical, I even agree with your criticism by the way, but you can critique better. you specifically called out “designers” which was naive ,instead of Mahindra As a whole.

Ashwin you must not directly shift from Park to Drive but instead shift to Neutral and after a seconds or so to Drive....Gives a longer life to the Gearbox...
