I do calisthenics bro. Calisthenics or Free weights, it doesn't matter until u train to Muscular Failure. Bcoz our body doesn't know if it's bodyweight or free weights, it only knows the mechanical damage or the muscle building signal. Personally, l love Calisthenics, cuz it's is very fun, can do creative moves, No gym, can do anywhere (all u need is a clean surface and a bar or rings for pulling workouts. Good luck🙏🏻✌🏻
