Hello Everyone! Indian students prepare their entire life to get into an IIT. Some of them AIM for IIT BOMBAY, IIT Madras or IIT Delhi so that they can get a high paying job. In a similar way, even I prepared for IIT JEE for a considerable amount of my life. Once I got into IIT Kharagpur, there's more 4-5 years of hustle in the college preparing for College Placements. Now, finally when I got my college placement offer, guess what?
I Left it.
I mean I left it cuz I got a better Off- campus placement which had a CTC of 75LPA. This video is about how I got it and most importantly how can you get a high paying placement after college along with some light on the CTC split of my job. Watch the video to know more...

​@@Ghodaawhat he has mentioned is correct, in most of the cases stocks share in CTC is more than in-hand, the higher your salary goes higher the stocks, it's keep getting misleading, my brother is in Uber with 1.25cr CTC off which 60 lakhs are stock his in hand salary is 50 lakhs and rest are one time bonus. This is the reality. More u get into it u can't escape, it's a cage to make naive people trape by mentioning CTC, later even candidates feels pride in mentioning CTC coz just look 1.25cr CTC sounds more dominating then saying 50lakhs in hand that's how it works

Tharun bro , what ever branch u choose in college people tell u to learn different programming languages (Hype of CSE) Is there no placement or no growth in the core branches like ECE and EE etc

But he earns a lot comparatively. Cause when people say IIT se 1 cr or 1.5-2cr ki job lagti hai, ya average salary 40 lpa hoti hai, it's rare. When I actually surfed some website with real employee reviews. People from IIT cs branch were earning 7-9 lpa some were even earning 4-5lpa even after being from IIT and those who got a good salary were stil making 12-16lpa. I was shocked to see this, cause sabne yahi bola ki IIT se toh seedha 30-50 lakh ki toh aaram se job lag jati hai. So the truth is a lot bitter than people think. And after this this 30-50 lpa has around 55-70% of in hand money removing the stocks and a lot of things that are given only if you stay in the company for about 2-4 yrs. So it's all messed up.
