Saw him in a small cafe in Florida. There were 5 other people there. It was one of the greatest nights of my life. I really mean that.

when he stepped out on stage a flock of birds swarmed over with a huge burst of wind and then he blasted us with undeniable power and crazed musical genius. THANKS FOR ROCKING BLISS FEST MAN!!!

I've seen that 1 guy a few times now, and everytime is more amazing than the last! Saw him get on stage with Buckethead, open for Porcupine Tree etc. This man is a musical genius and that's only half of his talent.

I've seen him several times live. My favorite being in a church basement in Buffalo NY with maybe 20 people. Every single one was fantastic. Grateful for this small video clip of his playing 🙏

Saw him a couple years ago open for Buckethead at the Fox in Boulder. Simply amazing, mesmerizing and able to create a journey filled with beats, beauty, humor and flat out complex music. Forever a fan since

He's like a tour guide that takes you on a trip that goes from insanity to genius and back again until you question what you know of both. Which is of course quite genius.

I had a drink with this Mike just before his ballarat show this weekend past. He is an awesome dude and one of the most incredible mucisians I have ever seen. That 1 guy rocks!

We're opening for him on May 9th in Spokane, WA and couldn't be more excited! We can't wait to meet him and share the stage with him, he's such a creative and unique musician, it's too bad more people don't know of him and appreciate his amazing talent!

i was listening to my hawaiian music on napster and on brother noland's site THAT 1 GUY was suggested listening...i am sitting here going on three hours hooked on this guys innovative sounds and tunes...his produced videos are very entertaining but he hits his zone in some of his live performances...THAT 1 GUY has a great ear...innovation is great

Saw him live last week. The guy played for over 2 hours, about 2 and a half with an encore. Hes funny nice, and does some pretty killer magic tricks. Dont miss the chance to see him live, way better in person.

His music reminds sounds a lot like Primus/Les Claypool to me, which is far from a bad thing. Just discovered That 1 Guy the other day and I must say I'm hooked now.

I think he's a good musician. what he does doesn't break new ground, but it is well done. I remember Bob Rutman and the US Steel Cello ensemble from MIT in the early 80's with similar homemade instruments, who took it much further. some of this is voice and percussion, mixed with one man band, and Zappa-like lyrics

I've seen his show at two separate occasions and I own all his music, but can someone please tell me what track it is where he always shreds with a card?? I swear it's on a CD, could be wrong, but it's something he's done at every show I've seen.
