Cebuana here and Omg I am so proud to see this feature. This is in Cebu. The restaurant is called Choobi Choobi and they serve great food esp seafood! You have never been to Cebu if you havent been to Choobi Choobi. I know they also have branches in davao, dumaguete, zamboanga, and soon boracay (i read somewhere) in case you can't make it to Cebu. Great feature!!!
