13:34 *That's misinformation.* They don't eat it regularly like chicken or pork. It's an *exotic meat.* If I'm not mistaken, It was introduced for quite a bit now due to crocodile farming. Crocodile meat isn't readily/easily available in the market as it's only produced in certain sites like Rizal, Palawan, and Davao. (Strictly following NMIS guidelines) Most Filipinos eat crocodile meat for the sake of experience just like every other tourist. P.s. I have to make this clear as we don't want to spread misinformation and may affect the image of the Philippines negatively in anyway. Have a good day!

Well, for another correction, they didn't say "they eat it just like pork or chicken". Even without looking on the subtitles and since I studied and lived in Korea so I can understand Korean, the artist said "Just like how we ate pork and beef, that's how it feels like." :D Anyway, I appreciate your patriotism to our country! Kudos :D

@@irennazarionda5637 Food in South Korea isn’t expensive unless you go to fancy places. Street food is clean and cheap and you can find many inexpensive restaurants on every corner. I guess you could say compared to the average income, take out and fast food is extremely affordable. Source: I lived there during an internship If you go to the touristy areas of SK of course it’s going to be $100+ or more. But generally compared to the Philippines latter is much cheaper. Compared naman kasi talaga sa ibang bansa, mas mura sa pinas. Me and my family went to Australia and most of the food you can buy (although we were in Sydney so that might affect it quite a lot) are around at least 10 dollars (mostly above 12-14 actually). You can buy the same thing for around 3-6 dollars here in ph, with most probably only at around 4 dollars. That's approximately 8 dollars more which can buy you the same portion for 2 more meals in the PH. Needless to say, Australia was expensive AF.

I really hate it when a foreigner assumes things based on some belief without proper research and proper resources. These exotic dishes aren't common for every Filipino. And buttered/saucy lobster, crab, shrimp, etc. Are not traditional Filipino food, although it's common for certain Filipinos to eat it. (Those who live in certain areas specifically or for those who have money). There's barely any real common traditional food that they tasted.

I think what they meant is more traditional local food or "delicacy". Bulalo and liempo are pretty "traditional" though, in a sense that most Filipinos know and have eaten them at least once in their lives. It really depends on the region you're from. They should try other islands like siargao for surfing or do other stuff like mountain climbing, cliff jumping or go to lots of waterfalls in the phillipines.

Korea is a very mountainous country. The reason why they prefer the beaches is because they have access to mountain climbing in their country. Unlike beaches which is only really can be enjoyed in Jeju Island.

I love watching battle trip but whenever they go to the Philippines I find that they tend to show a lot of the same food. The Philippines have so much more diversity and history and influences when it comes to food like and it would be cool to talk about it Kare Kare, Dinuguan, PH bbq, Aroz caldo, Laing, Empanada, Taho, Casava, banana Q, etc... Also they tend to try to want to eat a lot of food by itself so they might find it salty or too strong but pretty much all Ph food you have to eat with rice. And the spice, Koreans love spice and so they might levitate to more of those when voting all though Ph most dishes aren’t spicy asking for Chili in restaurants and having them on the side with sauces is very common.
