If people think that refs aren't biased, let me tell you something! Remember when Celtic fans used to sing about the masons in black? They were pretty much correct. I used to work as a waiter in a Glasgow hotel. We had a contract with the SFA, Rangers (players would come and stay before signing - Bougherra, El Hadj, era), and also the referees. Me and my mate were serving the refs for a Xmas get together and after a few bevvies their loyalties became apparent. Some were Celtic fans, but the majority were Rangers. They were joking about what they get up to (not with the staff but between themselves) and it was clear that they would try to influence the big games in favour of their team. It was pretty inbred, the whole thing, a weird hotel too.
