Definitely need initiatives to attract young people into trades and to train them properly. Some people think they can wing it as influencers instead of real tradesman….yes Phil you know who they are 🤣

@@grahamstacey3149 I know you don’t….And that’s the problem isn’t it?. P+D is the easiest trade by a long way. But,old boy decorators try to make out it’s almost Physics(it really isn’t!)…Modern day influencers are here to stay,and I’ve never seen such vitriol aimed at the P+D influencers (especially the female ones)….And what is this real tradesman nonsense? I know carpenters,decorators and plasterers that spout this "I’ve been doing this for 35 years" that are absolutely shite,yet I know several DIY people that are top drawer and charge half as much
