Have you all ever tasted Creamed Honey? I tried some Cinnamon flavored creamed honey from a Farmer’s Market. It was delicious. They also had lemon flavored creamed honey. Both were delicious. I put mine on a waffle.

Your hamburger steak looks delicious! I grew up with homegrown beef and there are no words to describe how delicious and tender it was. My Mom would sometimes fry T-bone steak and you could literally cut it with a fork! There is no comparison with department store beef and fresh homegrown beef!

My family is from Hiawassee, my great grandpa's farm is under that lake. Like many other families, he lost his land when they built the lake. If you walk along the shore you can find shards of pottery, old bottles, etc from all the houses and homesteads that were once there.
