Because Londoners drop their aitches, we often ironically overcompensate by pronouncing aitches at the start of words that clearly don't have them. It was an 'edgehog yer hoh-onour.

Here in the US many people use 'whom', but they don't know the rules for when it should be used, so they just always use it,
