Mas allá de que suene raro decirlo así, creo que a lo que te referís es que es cruda. Su música es cruda, "raw", la escuchás y sentís que estas escuchando el corazón herido y enmendado de sewerslvt bombear sangre desesperadamente y todos los sonidos son representaciones de sus emociones, una analogía que descubrí, es que su música es como gore pero auditivo. Estas escuchando sonidos emocionalmente explícitos, cargados hasta el borde y más de frustración e impotencia y vacío y euforia todo al mismo tiempo, algo que muchos otros artistas no alcanzan a transmitir.

This is what I understood from the animation hidden in whatever that imagery was while high and watching at 0.25x speed: It happened at a gas station. I'm not sure which one, but it's either an accidental murder, a car accident, or an explosion that killed a loved one of sewerslvt. The killing of said loved one was maybe done by sewerslvt herself on accident? Anyways, sewerslvt regrets doing something that killed that person. The animation in between might represent her memories with said person. I'm not sure if this is accurate or not since I don't trust my grass guy to give me anything strong enough to handle sewerslvt's music.
