What Khontkar is trying to say in this song is that most people don't understand or like new things he tries at first, but once they get used to them, they listen to them with great pleasure. In the chorus he says, "You will say, 'What is this?', at first you will be disgusted, but then you will open your mouth and eat it". We can say that this is true. He has been making unusual songs for Türkiye for about 12 years and he used to be criticized a lot. One of the lines in the song is "I laughed to spite you".

"Ham" means in English the "NUM", so "eating like NUM-NUM-NUM" is Turkish: eating like "HAM HAM" . İ love German mans. We are sister - brother GERMAN-TURKISH . We are together at First World War. I loved you muahhh you blonde big guy mucx

Ham means exactly what you mention in the baby example. We say to babies “Ham” or “Ham yap (yap: do/make)” when we serve food in spoon. Ham is an onomatopoeia for Turkish, which is sound of eating. I don’t think it is a universal onomatopoeia though. Most probably, you have witnessed that because of the Turkish influence in Germany.
