I know that this will be a masterpiece, no matter what language Shayne sings in, he always makes the song as his own or a magnificent cover. And the animations that go with it..all I can say is “Wow”. Love from the Philippines 💖, still can’t get over your Habang Buhay cover Update: so my dad listened to this cover and actually was impressed on how Shayne picked his Japanese words so it could rhyme along with the English words. My dad is kind of a vocal coach and he has a good ear when it comes to listening. My dad even asked if he was an idol and I said “No, he’s a cover artist” and he was shocked since a dude like him can be an idol.

I haven't even listened to the original version of this song, though I'm sure it's great. And even though I don't speak Japanese I honestly would prefer this over quite a few English songs. when you posted this 2 years ago, i was going through something. not quite the same but a similar problem (friendship wise). this song or this verrsion of yours played a lot in my playlist. now as beuatiful as this is made, I am getting reminded of those sad depressing days during the release of this song. ... I dont think i hhave actually healed from that event. As i still feel very disconnected from everything around me.
