And you can't make a guess because killing someone who isn't a doppelganger, spawn this weird face and doing it twice will get you killed by that face instead. yeah this nightmare mode is actually really hard, even though there’s like 4-5 dopplegangers or more. If you oof a neighbor 2 times then you die. Another thing is that the dopplegangers have such small details, that people think it was a bug/glitch that they died. So look everywhere for details.
