I have a problem with how the media and some people speak of Vini....yes it was a nice pass but if it was Ronaldo that scored that goal Kroos pass would not be the topic of discussion, Vini is not praised enough because of his dark skin and flamboyant Brazilian persona....he has been amazing for Madrid and in my opinion the only player to come close to filling the void that Ronaldo left.

I definitely don’t agree. 1. Scientists found out long time ago that there are no human races, 2. I‘m more a team player. But when people talk positively of players like Ronaldo, it’s because of his individual skill. In this case here in Germany we would say „Auge“, which means „eye“. It was a tactical team play, a style we prefer in Germany. You know, Thomas Müller is one of the best players in the world because of his assists, but not too many international people know that and talk about him. I could say now: Yeah, only because he‘s German. But I don’t think so. We just have other preferences. When I play soccer/football, I don’t appreciate when a player makes his own thing. In Germany we appreciate much more the team play. The international soccer/football mainstream might say, that the Germans don’t play beautifully. But we appreciate another style of playing. By the way I‘m female and I don‘t care about it either. Best from your friend in South Germany
