600 g (1.32 pounds) potatoes
15 g (0.53 oz) butter or margarine
Salt
50 g (1.76 oz) freshly grated Parmesan
2 medium zucchini
1 leek
35 g (1.23 oz) butter or margarine
Salt
Black pepper
100 ml (0.42 cups) heavy cream or vegan alternative
Bake: 200°C / 392°F 30 minutes on top/bottom heat
Diameter: 20cm x 26cm (7.87 x 10.24 inch)
