I think it depends on the parenting. I mean from what my parents told me, I was a monster (for a while). I grew up in an Asian household where they specialise in "handling" little monsters. Belts, hangers, rotan, chili peppers (for saying a swear/bad word); you name it, I probably got it. You'd think I'd be rebellious but nope. I guess because my parents often told me to reflect what I did and explain why I shouldn't do those things (I remembered my dad comforted me and explain why it has to be done; I still felt the warmth even today).

I came with my best friend, we wanted to see our old friend after a while and meet her partner and family, but this kid abducted me into the PARENTS' room (because they were renovating the house they only slept in a spare room on mattesses) and played bouncy castle on the mattress and wanted me to read to them but I didn't wanna go on other people's bed!! but I was with them for a while, then she wanted me to draw with her and I just wanted to go outside with the adults and eat and catch up with them but no chance. I don't even particularly like kids. I never put on a happy face for them, I am just calm. Idk why they liked me. And when I finally sat at the adult table and wanted to eat the damn cake I brought, she still wanted me to play with action figures with her and I did for a while and nobody helped me TT.TT but after I told her multiple times that I wanna have a chat with her mom now, the mom finally tried to get her to leave me alone, which made her angry but in the end they had to go to bed anyway ^^ omg I have no idea why they latched onto me like that! we even had a dog with us and somehow I was still more interesting....

I literally CANNOT stand those types of kids. I usually love playing with kids as long as they're not acting spoiled af. If i were in that situation i prolly would've been locked up somewhere else other than that room LMAO

Enna: No one came upstairs to figure out where I was! Me: Well yeah...I don't think yyou get it Enna, you were the sacrifice... To be fair though, if my birthday gift was meeting the anime girl Enna, I don't think I'd question my life out of fear of waking up and realizing an anime girl isn't standing right infront of me.
