even then i wouldn’t say fear. toji was more shock than fear. up until the moment of his “death” he felt confident abnd after that moment it was less fear and more just humbling, realizing that he could be beat, but that quickly turned into enlightenment, and if anything helped with his loneliness. he was finally in a battle and not a beatdown. kenjaku again was not fear. it bit like he was worried about dieing, more just shock and remorse for his best friend, followed by again, mild suprise

Gojo smiled while he was in trouble in MS, and when Mahoraga erased his infinity, he felt genuine satisfaction and excitement at the possibility of defeat. While on the other hand when Sukuna barely saw the slightest possibility of it, he screamed and canonically felt fear.

I think the only time Gojo ever felt fear, was when he was attacked by Toji for the first time.. Other then that, Gojo was more then enjoying the entire fight with Sukuna, because he hadn't felt a rush like that since Toji. Edit: Before anyone says Gojo was scared against Sukuna, let me just say, Gojo openly admitted that his technique was FAR greater than Sukuna's, and then later in the fight, Gojo was 'feeling a rush of adrenaline' while Sukuna was feeling anxious. Gojo loved every second of his fight against Sukuna.
