If you don't mind my two cents, manas is a higher version of the ultimate skill ( for example, when *spoilers web novel* lucia's soul (veldanava's wife and millim's mom) was able to be partially restored or recalled into an angel was because velda/yuuki named the ultimate skill, justice king Michael which makes it somewhat like a body where lucia's incomplete soul resided in and results in it being called manas:Lucia. The best of which fall under the Sin series and Virtue series which are the best ultimate skills outside the lovecraftian ones!
