Each soul can only have 1 ultimate skill. So why does Rimuru have 4 Ultimate skills? Answer: What if it's because Rimuru has 2 souls including Ciel. What if Ciel is Lucia (Veldanava's wife) who can have more than 1 US? What if it's because Rimuru has 4 souls that he has 4 USkills? The 4 souls are: Rimuru, Ciel, Veldora (aka lizard) and Ifrit the fire spirit. Later Rimuru got all the angelic and demonic ultimate skills. What if it's because Rimuru absorbed that many strong people so he can get more US?

​​​​@@Velda_1actually never mind he is not high outer he is boundless he had beyond high outer feats but the only reason he was not boundless is because in order to be boundless you need to irrelevant high outer which he did and you need to be free from all restriction at the time we didn't know that is he free from all restrictions or not that's why he was high outer however recently the author confirmed that he is omnipotent meaning he is free from all restrictions which means he is boundless 💀
