Alright, alright…you want it? You got it! Thanks to each and every one of the hundreds of folks who asked me to do this one. Heathfield Farm’s now legendary eclair to end all eclairs challenge; unbeaten for over two years and branded impossible by news outlets far and wide! A fitting way to spend the 200th episode of The Chronicles of Beard series (I’m gonna stop using that name for the midweek episodes; it takes up too many characters) and I hope you enjoy it as much as I enjoyed making it. Special mention also has to go to the cake ladies who made this special one in my honour and to the folks at Heathfield Farm who helped me swerve the head office red tape enabling me to actually shoot this episode ;)

Should start bringing a little “filming day” bag, with a towel and a giant spoon and eating other essentials in it. Get ahead of the game 😂

Im certain it’s all spilling into his intestines mostly undigested. Absolutely no way his stomach is holding all of it. He looks like he takes care of his body but his digestive system is going to suffer a lot.

@@D1sc0rd- Oh, I guarantee you a lot more of this gentleman is suffering than just his digestive system...😂 You cannot simply look at someone and tell if they're healthy by the fact "it looks like they take care of their body" as you stated... I remember watching an episode of 60 minutes on a retirement community in Southern California that had loads of residents in their 90's and many over 100.. Studies never found a specific culprit that led to most the residents living such long lives in this particular Retirement Community, but they did find many of the longest living residents were casual wine drinkers and had been slightly (10-35) pounds overweight much of their adult lives... I do not recall what else studies found that some of these residents had in common, but no "secret to a long life" was ever discovered...

It's absolutely mind-boggling the amount of food this gentleman consumes and how it all is internally stored before digestion

I’m really at a loss for words. You’re my doppelgänger. Face, hair, beard... even your attire! Took a screenshot of the thumbnail, sent it to family and friends and the general response was “You’re a KZbinr?” If I filled in for you, the comments would be flooded with “what happened to your accent?” Trippy...

He also notes in some of his videos that to prepare for challenges, he’ll eat little and keep his meals to non fat Greek yogurt with berries for a time leading up to the challenge, and has also mentioned that he will skip eating the day after a large food challenge.

If you need to eat 3k calories a day to keep the same shape because you burn 3k calories a day, that's 21k a week. If he eats a 9k calories meal, that means he just need to drop down all the other days to 2k to keep the same 21k calories in the week and keep the same weight.
