Great video. That is one of Europe's most beautiful coasts with the towns climbing up the cliffs and canyons. It appears that locals dock boats and drive the buses with similar panache on the Amalfi Coast. We had an Airbnb about 800' above that marina in Amalfi, it was perched right on the edge of the rock face and had a view that frequently calls me to return.

Don’t back facing the stern. Stand properly at the helm so you can site over the mast and bow to watch boat-spin. Put your hand atop the wheel and don’t move it. Come slowly along the dock port-to. When you are about mast abeam, go reverse medium and turn stbd away from the dock. prop walk will pull the stern towards the dock. Slow reverse or idle as you get some way on and gain steerage. Site over the bow to keep her straight. Practice away from the dock till you get it. Mind the mooring lines. If Med-mooring drop a hook when you get reverse way on.

I suspect Millie is going to give you all sorts of trouble on your next sail after all this cheating with other yachts :-)! That was incredible docking - doing it on an unfamiliar boat too, amazing! Nothing wrong with a pair of speedos, far easier to swim in!

Didn't realize you could jump in the water from a cliff in the area around the Blue Groto. Yes that was some docking- most sailors don't trust the steering, transmission , engine or their nerves to make than maneuver at that speed. On a completely different topic- is that Khiara or her identical twin that I see constantly in an ad on CNNs website featuring a woman wearing a black facemask while sitting in an airline seat with the heading "Best facemask for air travel"?
