I am not sure when actual adventure took place? Mr Jacob may have posted it then but the Skydiving was earlier because the dates don’t match with their trip to sell the Kitfox. Jonas. I have suffered cluster headache 39 years. ( its not migrain) At its peak I had three or four attacks every day for 45 minutes each. Its recognised as one of the worst pains to plague humans. No medicines back then but now the following drugs can stop an attack quickly : Sumatriptan injections - which you can give yourself up to twice a day. sumatriptan or zolmitriptan nasal spray - which can be used if you do not want to have injections. (thats what I do and its called Imigran) It really works and can be suplimented with oxygen if you get it really badly. Good luck.

Agree with Matt 100%, and is my bet for the cause of your "cluster headaches". I experienced the same sudden excruciating "head exploding, tear producing, facial flushing" you showed in this video. In particular and specifically have your sphenoid sinus checked (which might only be diagnosed with a CT scan) which lies deep near the base of the brain and could be missed with a regular X-ray. When it obstructs, the pressure is unbearable.

Hey Jonas and Sylvia, Mighty glad you were able to land safely during that cluster headache! It looks like Sylvia is getting much more confident and comfortable with taking control of your plane, it wasn't that long ago when it scared her half to death to just touch the controls. She'll be able to fly on her own before ya know it (with you by her side that is) and this may encourage her to speed things up a bit. She is definitely knowledgeable and she has a good eye for obstacles like power lines and other hazards. Thanks :-) Joe

Hi Jonas - I get cluster headaches as well. I take a medication containing Sumatriptan when they are severe (not sure what brand names are used in the US). Talk to your primary care physician and find out if it is appropriate for you. The relief I get is amazing, and quick - usually it starts helping in 15 minutes.

Great video. Sorry for the pain. Back in the 60’s my dad started have Cluster Head aches. They made a medicine (shot type) that helped easy the pain but didn’t stop the pain. His would last a minimum of part of a day to 3-4 days. They stopped making the med in the early 79’ cause of lack of sales. It took a lot to slow my dad down. Cluster head aches stopped him dead in his tracks. I hope your go away never to be felt again.

Jonas, I used to have headaches like that, until I found the reason, at least for me. I lived about 5 miles from Trent Palmer, in the high desert and bright sunlight. When I started wearing sunglasses, my headaches went away. That sunlight, especially at higher altitude, can cause havoc. Since I started wearing UV sunglasses, I have only had one of those type of headaches since, and, you guessed it, that was the day I forgot my sunglasses. Put on some good UV sunglasses and give it a try. I'm not saying that is your problem, but it's a possibility. And Gary is right. She needs to learn to fly.

Hi Jonas, I’m an RN: I agree; get a check up right away from a neurologist. But, if this is, in fact, a cluster headache or migraine (I’d have to know a little more about the symptoms), I know of a lot of people who are successfully preventing getting these headaches taking either Magnesium, which is vasodilator, or a combination of vitamin Bs, magnesium and a coenzyme Q10. There is product called Ribo-MagForte, which has worked very well that contains all these. These are not medications, but vitamins, mineral and coenzyme, so there are no side effects. But, get the neuro check first.
