When I was a kid I lived across the street from Wildwater Kingdom in Allentown, PA and they had just opened the Pepsi Splash (a large waterslide that you rise down in a large bottle cap shaped tube), and I went down with about 10 people in the tube and I actually felt myself go over the edge in a turn about 75 feet in the air. I was SO scared to ride it anymore after that.
