In Werewolf, the players close their eyes during a beginning part of the game and I guess she thought they have moved onto that part of the game, but Trevor was still explaining the changes in the rules for the next round, so the game hadn't started yet. She heard them giggling and peeked, realizing she had her eyes closed for no reason.

Obama did quite a bit for making healthcare accessible and increasing social programs and many conservatives view it as “handouts” or giving people stuff for free rather than basic human rights. It’s kind of a double-layered joke where Spencer is poking fun at conservatives who don’t like Obama rather than making fun of Obama
