People react to trauma in different ways. Some people burst out laughing while feeling sheer terror and anguish deep inside. Some people remain stoic. I couldn’t shed a single tear in the hours after hearing my grandma had died suddenly. I was in agony inside but for at least 5 days I literally couldn’t cry. It made me feel like I was dying inside but I couldn’t produce a single tear until I had a stupid argument with my brother and everything I had packed down exploded at once; I couldn’t even fucking move I was crying so bad. That’s just how we are; everyone is wired differently and lack of emotional reactions to horrible news is not an indication of guilt nor is opening the tear floodgates an indication of innocence. And this crazy intruder black and wearing black shot the poor boy in the foot? After he shot everyone execution style? And then left? This is the strangest intruder ever. @@oncoucharrest5910 that's pretty good trick considering Truett Cathy died September 8, 2014. The food (extremely overpriced) is very VERY good, the Sweet Tea is addictive & the last time a group got the bright idea to boycott them didn't event barely scratch a single days operating profits, so as the cow's say "EAT MOR CHIKEN!"... You don't like it, NO ONE is forcing you to eat there! People need to seriously knock off this telling other adults what they should & should not do, because of something they don't agree with. It's called a choice, you can choose not to go there, that does NOT give you or anyone else the right to choose for me or anyone else also!

The arrogance of this guy is on a completely different level. He really thought the police wouldn’t see through it? He hasn’t even prepared a story to tell. What was he thinking 🤔? Mike, thank you for the podcast, I’ve already subscribed ❤

You will never believe the level of arrogance that someone possesses, until you see it first hand. Alot of folk live with and keep the company of very dangerous and conniving individuals. Half the time they're privy to their crazy (compliments of whatever odd experience/s) but for whatever reason things like, "I've known them forever" or water is thicker than blood" whatever........

@@junglekutz5625 Correct on every level and also 99% of Mikes stories are about or involve these type of people. Yourself, me and everyone else would say to these types, Immediately "Wait a minute" and know that it's f***ed up and destined to fail straight away. Luckily these psychopaths don't work, in their tiny minds, that way!. They all have that BTK Floppy disc I'm so much more superior than you, mentality, WHATTTT, You think you can defeat meeeee???

Saw a lot of comments about the delivery of "my family are important to me - i love them" so I was expecting pretty lacklustre, but damn once i got to it, it genuinely shocked me how robotic he is. Why are there so many men who end up like this, far out. There are so many stories identical to this. Just get a damn job, you don't need to kill your entire fkn family. The fact that the reality of KILLING YOUR FAMILY, and hoping to get away with it so you don't have to move out or pay rent or divorce your spouse or whatever, truly boggles my mind

So insane how someone is so calm and collected after brutally murdering his own family. These stories freak me out....no warnings, all looks normal on the outside to neighbors and friends...and then this happens. Scary to think of how many sick people are out there.
@robertapreston4200 Жыл бұрын
Something was wrong or this wouldn't have happened.... Probably, a spoiled kid coming back from school his parents paid for, looking for a free ride on the highway... spoiled enough to not care about anything but his food. ... Hard to say why... but, his demeanor and attitude showed a very sick boy-man

Even more insane that someone who grew up in what seems to be a pretty damn happy home, safe, with all their needs, good food and all the things you could hope for growing up like big TV's and such to turn around and kill his whole family so brutally. I can't imagine what was going through their heads as their own son/brother shot them.... It's so sad, I wish things like this didn't happen. Things like this make me more terrified than ever to even interact with other people, killers look just as normal as I do.

Idk I’d bet there were signs of him being entitled and shitty. Coddled and narcissistic. Lot of times affluent white parents don’t see that for the warning sign it is, they think that only happens in “bad families in bad neighborhoods” etc. The motive could have been something as simple as, he wanted his family’s money and thought if everyone was dead, he’d get it all. He’s obviously not that bright and he was a NEET loser
