mind sharing a link to info on the "bob stick"? I can't find anything but people mentioning they exist. nothing about how to make one or how to use one.

A vid that shows one being used as well as a couple more useful rib tools. Bob stick is just a dowel with a slot in the end. Slot depth to match your flange width. kzbin.info/www/bejne/lXeam4KYmJWUoKM
