Some tips to help you, please like so they can see! . Unfortunately having a holiday home in The Sims 4 is complicated. You can set the house you want as your holiday home to a generic lot so that you can visit when you like and no one else can move in or you can create a new sim who stays in that house whilst you’re away. . You can re do your wedding by clicking on a wedding arch and then choose the “renew vows option”. You can buy a wedding arch and place it on any lot. . With the “dine out” game pack your sims can go out to restaurants as a family for meals or even own your own restaurant where you can earn money and it’s quite fun to try and make it a five star restaurant. . Sim joe still has not finished filming the KZbin you got him to film a couple episodes back, you should resume filming the video, edit it and then upload it so you can receive daily royalties from it. . To go into free camera mode (spectator mode), click the tab key and you can also press “c” to take a screenshot, this could be helpful with the thumbnails. . You should consider ageing up Sim Joe and Dianne to adults, they are currently young adults. . In build mode at in the top middle, there’s loads of helpful tools to make building easier such as the eye dropper tool that allows you to copy an item already placed. . You can drag plates/ rubbish into the bin in live mode, you don’t have to go into build mode. . The cave where you can make Dianne a mermaid is in the sulani waterfall lot, you have to travel there. . You can lock sims in the money vault as a way to murder them. . To get joe back in the household you can add one of the dogs to another household with an adult sim so that he can come back (and 2 others dogs too). . Drag food into the fridge so it doesn’t get expired quickly. Reply to this comment with more tips for them and I’ll edit some in. :)

Suggestion!! If you agree, like so they can see. :) Joe and Dianne maybe instead of killing the new victim, have her move in to your vacation home so she can be your “housekeeper”. Meanwhile, when you’re at your regular home she can take care of the house, and when you want to go back to your vacation home, move her back to your regular house to “take care of it”. That way, you won’t lose any of your houses or dogs, and you can easily swap from the two!!

To become a mermaid you have to travel to the Admiral’s Shipwreck on the Mua Pel’am Island. There is a cave just behind the shipwreck which is where you find the kelp. It’s very tedious as you have to explore it many times before you find it usually.

hey guys, still loving the series!! if you’re both still indecisive about where you want to live, instead of keep moving into a home renovating it and then moving again, you can renovate a lot without moving in!! to do this when on manage worlds, click on a lot normally like you would if you were going to visit it, in the corner click on the build mode icon!! this will then allow you to build on that lot and renovate as you want it! this is a lot easier as these builds don’t delete and also dianne you will be pleased to know that this doesn’t cost you a PENNY!! however it also means you don’t have to keep killing off characters🤣 you can’t take the other households money but it does mean you can keep on renovating and renovate as many lots as you like at no cost to you!! if you wanted to as you both love building so much, you can renovate and build on every single lot, they will all save and you can use them whenever you want to!! you can move different families into them or have the original family who was living in it at the time to stay there, or even move them out!! alternatively, you could move judith into your holiday home and everytime you want to use the beach house, you can just switch households again!! the list of the things you can do is endless!! i hope you found this helpful☺️ keep going with the series guys i’m loving it!! please like so joe and dianne can see this🥰

What I do when I want my sims to have a holiday home is I change the lot type from residential to generic (top left in build mode) so they don’t technically own it but they can go there whenever but no one else goes there. Love you guys and this series ❤️❤️

There’s an easier way to turn into a mermaid, if you click on your sims aspiration there will be an icon with a present on it, click on it and you can purchase mermaidic kelp for 500 aspiration points to turn into a mermaid

I was shouting at my phone when they were going to get rid of their house for a new one. After all that time doing it. Thank god there’s to many members! I also think for more money they should get rid of some of the outer rooms on the new house, as it’s too big and will be hard to control all the sims when everything is so spread out. Will make it easier to do it how you want to aswel, but make it different to the home you already have so it changes things up a bit. (Eg don’t get all the same furniture) x

When I was playing I moved the Father Christmas figure into my household (which I think may be a seasons thing as he comes down the chimney at night on winter fest) and then moved him back into a different household with other sims but I was able to keep his money which was like 500,000 simolions 💃🏼💃🏼

To become a mermaid you need to travel to the shipwreck in sulani. Then, near by is a cave and you need to view it a couple times until you can explore it then you should have the special seaweed in you sims PERSONAL inventory. Once you have eaten it then go swimming. You should become a mermaid. Loving the series xx

Info: - you can only have 8 sims/ pets in a household so for Joe and the dogs to move in you’ll have to get rid of the lady. - sadly we cannot own 2 houses in the sims so each time you’ll have to move to either house. - whenever you move out always sell the furniture, if you don’t all the furniture will move into your household inventory and the house will be empty the next time you move back in. - another way to move houses can be done by clicking on the phone icon, the the house icon in the phone, the click “move household”

TIPS!!: if you press the phone icon in the right hand corner at the bottom in live mood you can choose a dress and become a celebrity! When you are on the phone press the brief case then press minister of labour you can make a small business like a KZbinr then use the video making station what’s in the office! You get paid and you can add transitions and check comments when it’s uploaded!! That will gain you fame! Also you can be a actor or actress as well which is fun!!!!!!❤️ hope it helped

You can't actually own two houses at the same time in the sims so there isn't really a way for you to have a holiday home.

Way easier than going to all that trouble of exploring the caves: You can always purchase "Mermadic Kelp" with your "Satisfaction Points" earned by achieving your Sim's Aspiration Goals. 1. Click on the Aspiration (for Dianne, it's the golden bicep for her "gym buff" aspiration) 2. Click the "Present" icon in the upper right corner to open the store 3. Mermadic Kelp is 500 Satisfaction Points You can choose all sorts of bonus traits like, "Morning Person" (skills worked on in the morning are learned way more quickly), or "High Metabolism" (harder for Sims to gain weight). Like so they see! 😊
