Wow the butterfly place looks great! We have a butterfly house at Chester Zoo near where I live. I hadn't been for so long and went recently and forgot how WILDLY hot is in there! My glasses steam up so I have to take them off and then I can't see 😂 camera steams up and everything, can barely hold my phone with sweaty hands hahah gorgeous seeing them all though! Get a buddleia plant if you don't have one already Joe, butterflies love it!

Hey Joe, if your coffee is coming out like that it’s most probably the wrong grind setting. Pucks should come out in one solid puck, even if they dry out they should release in some form even if they crack into pieces. The best way to release coffee is using a knock box and you can get different sizes, you can also by a little devise that has to heads one spins the coffee into the box and the other then cleans the basket out.

You need an espresso knock box for the coffee puck!

I think you need to reuse the puck and do a shot of coffee to make it soft again. Obviously chuck out the shot, but the puck should release after that.
