Idk I think it’s his demeanor and lack of real car knowledge. Maybe it’s just nerves but I feel like I hear a lot of wrong terms used in his videos, and you can hear the announcer in one of these clips say “He won’t have much of a clutch left driving like that”. He looks super salty, and says he behaved like it instead of taking the L like a man. I unsubscribed a while ago and came back for this build, probably won’t be back for a while unfortunately.
@terrabnadia17932 жыл бұрын
@@TheCrazyBird844 I can see that. I’ve been subbed for a long time but it’s very hard to watch him work on his own builds because he’s hardly ever doing anything with them and 99% of the time he’s got a shop doing it all for him while he watches and films, which I can understand since his content is what pays his bills and he edits everything himself. However, it’s kinda annoying to see someone else’s “build” be built by someone else
@notacoyote27902 жыл бұрын
I thought it was really cool that you and throttle both built “mopar” cars that people would love to see the hellcat platform in….. I think this was the real purpose and reason that dodge did this was to show off what people could do to transform cars with the proper resources. The magnum and the viper were both great choices. I hate that all the other people choose to either put them in a challenger that you could already get as a hellcat or a straight up pro mod. That was very disappointing. I feel like Dodge will 100% choose you (and the throttle people) to do this again next year since I feel like y’all actually built your cars in “the spirit” of this whole event. Thank you for that.

This car checks all the boxes...it's unique, it's powerful, and it's not a platform that has been done to death yet. It can also carry everything you need for raceday in the back, or be the fastest grocery getter in your fleet, for when you and the missus start a family. This is one of the best build series you have done so far, and now I guess that leaves a few more to do...Fast street truck, a custom Overland rig, and an oldschool resto-mod (like I am doing to my 77 Chevy C10 Silverado).
@ZomBSnatcher46712 жыл бұрын

That’s the race car life man, don’t let it get you down. Just get used to it, and it won’t be as depressing next time. I’ve blown my sti motor up twice, head gaskets (we’re bad when I bought it) and rod bearings(didn’t know it was burning a shit Tom of oil) both of these happened within the first month of buying it. But not it’s built and turned up a bit. Been over a year and still running strong. And when it breaks again, I’ll go bigger. That’s the race car life man. Glad you had a fun doing it, that’s all that matters.

Yea every guy that builds a race car or a street car gets to a point sometimes where he's over it, some guys have the discipline and a clear view of the finished product and muscle on and get it finished or fixed. The car guys acting like car guys, those are the ones who give up and sell everything. And the third guy is the one that has a drastic life event happen and they kind of have no choice but to sell everything or know that maybe with a kid now in the picture he'll never have time to work on it like he wants to. And you can never take food out of a mouth of a child especially when they didn't ask to be here. Im that guy, when my son and daughter get into high school ill be right back at it. Love the content.
