Put sketchy pad in the hot bar and you can look at building pieces to learn them you can fly up it’s not just a glider you can continuously fly around from island to island

I actually love how the makers did that lol where ur literally like an architect or something drawing out what u see and learning to make it. You can also do that to torches and what not for different lights u want to make. Can’t play cus dont have a pc or anything bt seen other KZbinrs play this so just giving a heads up 😊

There’s no falling damage. (In fact, you fly and land hard a LOT in this game. Boost 3 times to go super fast in flight.) Lay down to gain health slowly. Leaf bandages are best for healing (r. mushroom + 2 leaf cloths) so far, which you’ll need a lot of. Collect some of everything. It’s how to learn how to make many things. Pay attention to items in inventory with yellow dots. Super important to work through and learn recipes. You don’t have to make the item if you don’t want to. Never pass up paper/charcoal (or windstones to a lesser extent)! With your sketchbook, the paper/charcoal allows you to add sketches (ie blueprints) of objects you encounter. Sketching a large chest allows you to make them. There’s something to sketch on most islands. Best home island seems to be the one with existing docks. Makes it easier to get close to islands to acquire sheep/goats. You cannot fly carrying them. Shear sheep for wool to make better sails. Definitely recommend to thoroughly explore every significant island in sector 1 (in map, which you make soon) before setting sail to sector 2, where battles can be overwhelming. More rudders equals more maneuverability, to a point. But going fast and colliding with big boulders can be really bad, so best to steer clear! Go in every cave, including any low on an island. Stuff is hidden well sometimes. 👀 Avoid being wet when in battles; it’s a debuff. Eat/drink to buff before fights. Use Dorkip on rock circles/crosses on the ground to “unearth” hidden things. Think “X marks the spot.” Finally, check your field guide when landing on a new island. You have work to do on most islands. Bring bugs and seeds. Have fun upgrading your home one! 😎 This game and Astrometica are my current favs. Keep on streamin’. 😎👍

I absolutely luv this cozy chill game. You don't HAVE to fight... you can just build, farm, chill, explore. I have enough fighting games but this and Planet Crafter are my relaxation,

well it does have some combat but it can be did at leasure. its just enough to break up being to monotonous for the game

That is where you started from , but explore carefully you will need to make or find a sketch book to learn new building peices , the idea of the game is to keep learning and using your glider to travel to other islands and destroy corruption to progress the game

Your walking right past baskets made of leaves or cloth and you need to gather everything there is lots on that starting island

the only thing i recommend is disable the loot item guidance as it gets REAL annoying after a while. and especially when we see you walk right by loot that might be highlighted.

None of those areas are done you are only seeing a small amount of what is there, go to your options and read everything

You should go back and demolish those pieces you repaired you will need those resources
