So much value it's making me rethink buying a Glowforage. I think I want this one.

Thank you for the recommendation of the La's Totally Awesome stuff. I work from home so I thought I could just soak my honeycomb bed for a bit and all would be good right? I go immersed in work and when I finally went out to check... ALL the gunk is gone and the bed is like ba-rand new, but the cleaner had also removed much of the paint as well. So next I'll try just a gallon sprayer and pressure washer.

Hi! Do you have a video on how to clean the extraction fan on a Mira 7?

Can you show how you clean the Hepa filters. Thank you

Thank You!!! My vector files got squiggly. I think it's time to clean. My best guess is that scraps are building in the bottom and affecting gears and belts.

Oh you always put just the exact video I need to learn or is extra interesting. Love seeing projects🥰, but these maintenance instructions are so needed as well. Hope to have my Mira 7 out of crate this week🤞🏼😁🤗🇦🇺

Can you, please, tell me what brand of linear guide rails and carriages does your laser use? We are gonna start a small engraving business soon here in central Europe and we can't decide between Thunder laser Odin 22 and Mira 7.

That Totally Awesome is great stuff, though I think you could have diluted it quite a bit (4 part water to 1 part cleaner) and ended up with the same results.

Hi Mom 😊 Did you add a smoke blower underneath the table? Just wondering, becaus this slider under your blades are open and in your other videos i realized there's not a lot smoke in comparison to mine Mira 7.

Hey! I have not. I did upgrade the fan though. Are you using the stock fan?

@@simisimi1086 I have a Terrabloom. It’s good for a Mira 7 but it’s not strong enough for a Mira 9. I like it because if fits inside the machine. You can find it on my Amazon store under the “upgrade options” section. Www.thatmomwithalaser.co

Are you still using alcohol to clean the inside after the awesome cleaner? I was wondering if alcohol would eventually dry out the rubber seal on the lid and damage it. Thanks!

Hello and thanks for your very helpful videos. I have to tell you that after your videos i loved mira so i bought one!! But i face a problem. When i am cutting wood flames are appearing at the beam. After a search on the net i found some options saying that in this issue air pressure helps but in my nozzle i can feel no air. Is this ok for mira or i have to do something? Thanks!!!
@ThatMomWithALaser4 жыл бұрын
Hi! I'm so glad you are enjoying the content on my channel. You definitely want air when cutting. Which country are you in? I would be sure to contact the company you got your machine from to have them help you troubleshoot.
@fraggiskos4 жыл бұрын
@@ThatMomWithALaser Thanks for your answer. Finally and after spending some time with my mira I found that the tube that brings air to the nozzle was blocked. By the way your new video is super.

There are some areas of my Glowforge (like the door right in front of the honeycomb tray) that seem to build up lots of resin from burning wood. I solved that problem by covering the area with some wide tape, and when it gets gunky I just peel off the tape and put down a new layer. BTW if you are considering getting a laser, the Glowforge is easy to use, but a nightmare to clean.

BTW send me the awesome and I will use it for the right reasons like cleaning and making cash on tumblers. Laser for beginners 101.... it took you a whole weekend to clean that tiny Mira.... we have 4 lasers at the shop and clean them all in under 2 hours....
