Absolutely amazing. Vietnam looks like a country on the move. All i could see was prosperity and progress everywhere. The streets look so clean that it would put some Western countries to shame. No children around because they are all at school or a club. No wild cats, dogs or chickens everywhere. The place looks wonderful. I also noticed the Vietnamese car brand, Vinfast, everywhere. It was very good to see. Like I say, progress. I’ve never been but I’d really like to go. Hope you’re both having fun. 👍🏽
@PavolKosik-b3u3 күн бұрын
So what. You dont see dirt in Iloiilo or Manila BGC as well. And you are right. Cities in US should feel very ashamed how dirty, ugly and full of closed stores from organized theft. How many boarded, sprayed and broken into stores you see in Philippines or Vietnam?
@EdwardThatch-ee7yx3 күн бұрын
@ I never mentioned the Philippines at all, nor did I mention America! Where in my post do you see any mention of the Philippines or America? The post isn’t edited because it would say so! Clearly, it’s YOU who feels there’s a problem with the Philippines and decided to lash out, projecting your frustration onto someone else rather than thinking of solutions. I follow this channel and others like it because I have family on Cebu Island and absolutely adore the Philippines. If you actually read my text, you’d see that I’ve never been to Vietnam and am seeing it through this channel for the first time, mainly because I don’t know anyone who lives there or who has been there. However, I do compare Vietnam’s cleanliness with Western countries because I live there, so I know!
@PavolKosik-b3u3 күн бұрын
@EdwardThatch-ee7yx USA is the dirtiest western country so you dont need to mention them and Philippines is home of Mike so we know what you are talking about. You would be surprised but city centers usually dont have chicken everywhere. Even in Philippines or America. If you think Vietnamese countryside does not have barking dogs or chicken than you seriously lack common sence.
@PavolKosik-b3u2 күн бұрын
@@EdwardThatch-ee7yx I have never seen a city in Philippines with downtown full of chickens everywhere. All I could see in BGC Manila was only progress and prosperity, yet it would tell me absolutely nothing about the rest of the country. Progress in Philippines is very rapid as well. My Filipina wife visited PH after 5 years and barely could recognize her home town. So many new development in just 5 years. Both countries have very similar GDP tp capita and growing economy very fast. Ask Mike how many chicken he saw running everywhere in Iloilo, Roxas, Cebu or Manila. Clearly not in downtown and tourist areas.
@PavolKosik-b3u2 күн бұрын
@@EdwardThatch-ee7yxYou are in PH travel vlog so obviously all people mentioning roosters mean Philippines. But they lack common sence and are comparing city of 3 million people with rural areas of Philippines. So someone must correct them and tell the truth that big cities in Philippines are not full of roosters. Im not even sure where would people keep their roosters in high rise buildings in Manila. Vietnam is not made by one city so how can you know from one video of big city that Vietnam is not full of roosters? Compare cleanliness with comparable cities in Philippines - Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Makati, BGC etc. And lets wait for Mike to travel to countryside if there are any rooster or barking dogs. You live in western country so you must know that there are huge differences between countries in cleanliness. There are nice cities in US and also post apocalyptic, end of the world cities which most people would not want to visit even during a day for security reasons.

I did not see any street dogs in BGC Manila and other nice districts in Manila. Or roosters. Judging enitre country from few tourist districts is so weird. They have dogs in Vietnam too and they bark. I stayed in Manila too and never heard dog barking at night or roosters. Vietnam is not more quiet than Philippines. If you want quiet city than you need city which have proper public transport and very limited number of cars. You will never have quiet city with streets dominated by cars and scooters. The Philippine immigration strict policy towards Philippine citizens traveling overseas is making sure they have legal employment contracts overseas so they won’t be exploited. Some Filipinos especially women leave as tourists (holiday) but with intention or have jobs waiting in other countries.
