I very much like this format with B narrating an opening & a closing segment, & interspersed mini-interjections. I like to hear B’s take/“voice” on travels & simple or not so simple daily life. I luv history, esp ancient, natural & medieval; & historical art, but really any historical sites/topics; & travel & flora & fauna. Obviously the Philippine experience thru a born & raised (with heritage) Westerners’ eyes, is of interest to me, personally. I also enjoy the cos play content, used to really enjoy the vlogs or streams in which B would create costumes (or bits of costumes). I enjoy fashion so any events or creativity costume or fashion or glam adjacent, is good. I dunno about the guy viewers though! May be more boring, tho maybe not?! lol This vlog incorporated many “likes”. Tho I emphasize, B, I am enjoying Sir Cholo’s contributions & presence.// Nice camera work esp excellent showcase of the hairpin turns on the road ie time markers @11:57-12:00 or so, & the Air BnB tour with the artistic camera angles & though there are rapid movements of the camera views-I found it fun & cool looking, not motion sickness inducing. So just right. I endorse more frequent posting schedule, if possible.

An interesting vlog with different styles and activities. The petroglyphs are surprisingly modern considering that there is pottery fragments on the islands that predate them, but those were likely from other seafaring cultures visiting the islands from the mainland and the first real settlers go back as far as 22,000 years. Being a volcanic archipelago it's likely that things were buried or destroyed over time, especially if made of wood or other perishable materials. And most old settlements would be near rivers which change course and wash away history.

I've never believed this discovery. The fact that a "National Artist" discovered the petroglyphs actually makes the discovery kind of sketchy. It's said that he discovered the glyphs while on a field trip with Boy Scouts. I'm questioning if this is a usual occurrence for him; does he USUALLY take Boy Scouts on field trips or was this the first time he did it? Did he stage this discovery, using the Boy Scouts as "witnesses" to him "discovering the carvings? And that it just so happened the petroglyphs were discovered in HIS HOME PROVINCE makes it doubly sketchy. What are the odds that a "National Artist" himself would discover these, IN HIS OWN HOMETOWN? What makes the whole thing even sketchier is that there are no other petroglyphs of the same kind to be found anywhere in the Philippines.
