Do your 8 and hit the gate. Don't let the job take over your life. Don't hang out with co-workers because all they do is talk about work. Remind yourself that you work to live, and you don't live to work. Take days off, call in sick. Don't risk your job over a POS inmate, and don't let them get to you. Dont be afraid to write reports. If an inmate is not listening, dont take it personal. Issue them an RVR and move on. Never trust an inmate and only give them what they have coming. When using force, only use the necessary force needed. Dont risk your job or your partners job by putting in "extra" work....

I enjoy your perspective & respect your integrity. Your channel deserves to grow. A couple of thingse-you use too many acronyms that the average person doesn't understand. It would help if you explained those. Also I'm not a prude, I drop F bombs too. But if you use too many, it loses the power of the word. I stopped counting after 25 F bombs after five minutes.
