I have been watching your videos for the last 2-3 years. I love your mom, I always see her smiling. She has been always by your side. The way she takes care of you is tremendous. I don't have a mom; always feel sad when I see moms doing the best for their children. Lots of love for her❤

It’s so so important to have your families support when you’re in this journey, and your mom being there with you through this is absolutely everything. I struggle a lot with consistency! And that has really affected my hormone health. I picked up a burger this morning, and paused after seeing your video Hopefully this inspires me to get better ❤

I was telling my mom that you know this girl I'm watching, she has gone through a lot and I was telling her about your teeth surgery as well. I also told her what you eat in a day and also share it with us. This video was what I needed to see today to motivate myself.. I'm having a few health issues myself that are similar to yours and I was running out of healthy eating options but I got some new recipes from this video.. Thank you so so much quirky!!! Also, even I was advised by my doc to eat my dinner latest 7:30 but then I always ended up feeling super hungry by 10:30 which further led me to binge eating. That would spoil my poore din ka mehnat... So the papaya suggestion I think is amazing!!! Will try it for sure...

As an ayurvedic physician feels so good that modern day nutritionalist are adding good ayurvedic herbs in diet that can be extremely beneficial in many conditions 💯 Frm starting the vlog with such pain to ending it with a big big smile and recovering frm pain feels so good that u r now flng ok Smile me change se patha chal jata hey ❤ Take care quirky I would like to gv u a small prayog that can be extremely beneficial in migraine next tme aapko migraine hue jab if u like to then plz try karna and if it helps share it with ur fam Im sure thr r thousands of people who go through horrible pain cause kf it which interfers and disturbs thr work life too Melt around 2gm jaggery in one tbsp water add 2pinches of dry ginger powder (shunti ) to it Warm it on a hot water bath and put 2-3drops of this warm liquid in each nostril do it while u lie down of bed Thr will be mild burning sensation in the nose dont worry And ul get phlegm in mouth aftr 3-5min spit out and gargle with warm water U will definitely get relief frm migraine in less than 30min Hope u try it and hope it helps Wish u good health 🎉

When i was 21, i was diagnosed wd pcod and obv i was overwieght, i lost 20kgs and meri mom ne aise hi ek ek meal mere liye banaya tha khud. I am 32 now, married and this made me miss mom k haath ka khana so much. Only mothers can do this. 😢😢 She still cooks for me when i am on diet and i stay with her and always makes sure i eat yumm and healthy food at home. This just made me so emotional. Mothers are just the best. 🥹🥹❤❤

Hope you well soon. Quirky, I have the same symptoms as you. All my doctors said that it was migrane. Nothing I did worked. A family member suggested physiotherapy. There I found out that the neck muscles were very weak to support my head. It is easy to correct. As long you check in with your physio regularly, it is not a issue. Do consult a PT just to rule it out.

Abhi kaisi hai tbiyt aditi didi? Didi mai aapko btana chahti hu mai neet aspirant hu mera 2 saal se neet exam clear nhi ho rha mai kafi demotivated feel kr rhi thi par aapki videos dekhne ke baad se mai aisa to nhi kahungi ki mai ekdm se normal ho gyi hu par mai slowly slowly normal hone ki koshish kr rhi. Everytime I watch ur video I used to feel so good and happy..seeing ur family going out together use to make me so wholesome..ur video inspired me so much that...i used to save money to take my family out too cos we never ate in a restaurant so... I was saving money to go out together to eat in a restaurant on my birthday that was on 7th August but my luck so bad that my mum got sick just few days before my bday n we couldn't celebrate together cos she was admitted in a hospital later her condition got more worse that i lost hope.. still it was my dream to go out so i still thought that once she gets better we'll go out to eat but just after 10 days on 17th August my mum left us all of a sudden.. she's dead.. she left us in such a mess..my dad's the only bread earner in our family n all of his money had been spent on my mom still we couldn't save her... I miss her so much..never expected that she will leave us so early.... I miss her sm ❤

Hii di ...I don't usually comment on any videos and today I am doing it just to tell you that I started eating healthy a month before but now I was feeling demotivated as sometimes you feel you are alone doing all the struggles seeing you on Instagram and KZbin motivated me to carry on and to stick to it ...lt feels ki jese hum sath me h iss journey me ...and I really appreciate u to put this video ...because I can't go to nutritionist but isse mujhe bhi kuch healthy recipes mili h so I can experiment more and have more choices which will make my journey comparatively easy for my weight loss❤❤.. and yes special mention to aunty kunki unko dekhke I realised ki meri mummy bhi h mere sath Jo ese hi mera support krti h jese aunty aapka kr rhi h ...lots of love and all the best ..
