As someone also trying to live a healthy lifestyle and lose some weight with pcos ..this was so amazing❤ I've lost 15 to 16kg in since june 2021 and also fixed my pcos completely. I have this very special morning breakfast I eat every other day to calm my sweet tooth Lmao you can try too quirky.. greek yougurt ground flax seed , chia seed , dry fruits, seeds and fruits( I eat papaya, pomegranate, banana, apple, coconut, etc )your choice. It's like a homemade acai bowl and Just try it once and it's amazing..I'm obsessed with it. And yes you are right losing weight slowly is the best thing for your body and its sustainable. I've not lost much weight after October because I'm not working out regularly but I'm not stressing over it and I'm just trying to eat healthy and luckily I've not gained any weight. I had lost 17 kgs when I was in 12th with strict diet and gym and Gained it all back within a year or so, also I became really unhappy and moody because I was not getting to eat what I really wanted to. It became really monotonous for me. And now I have started to make little changes in my diet from sometime, I eat everything I want and also exercise regularly, hence I lost 8 kgs in 6-7 months. People around me still taunt me about it but I don't care anymore. I'm not them and they are not me so what we can take from this video is we don't need to force ourselves into making drastic changes but one step at a time is really helpful and consistent small efforts can lead to a very big change.

You should try drinking hot water with lemon or jeera soaked in a glass of water overnight and drinking the water heater the next morning...it has helped me alotttttt with increasing my metabolism and would love it if you try!

@@chicwithstyle9132 started controlling my portions, stopped ordering food everday, cheat meals mostly once a week only one meal, cut down on alcohol, walked more, did some excercise for some months but i was not very consistent wd workouts. But my food habits i have changed for life, i still am a foodie but i have drastically cut down on junk and my portions; have plans on starting workouts again from February n reaching my ideal wieght n be summer ready. 🥳😊 Just condition your brain and u ll start enjoying healthy ghar ka khana; eat more veggies n fruits, less of carbs, more lean protien; educate yourself and understand ur body, once u do theres no looking back. You are going to fall in love wd yourself all over again. I do yoga n meditation n read self help books too so all that has helped me to have control over food n not vice versa, its a better relationship now 😊
