I live in Miami and one thing I can say about our car scene is that we have some of the smoothest roads in America and because of that we push. Our cars and bikes super hard . I’ve lost 3 homeboys to bike accidents here and have some bad crashes myself . This dude makes me shed a tear with his story . I’m glad he is healthy and able to share his life with all of us . Rock on man !

Anyone reading this that has testicles...you should regularly feel them and note any changes. Every few months you should do a "light emissivity" test... just with a flashlight. Non cancerous cysts, nodes, and other growths are almost always going to transmit light, they'll glow with the flashlight behind it. Cancerous growths are almost always going to be dark spots. If you have any growths, pain, something doesnt feel right, even emotionally surrounding a body part, this is your body trying to communicate something to you. You can even have strange, vivid nightmares. Get checked out, and at least demand an ultrasound and basic blood work. You are worth it. Do not ignore pain, anywhere. Get checked out. Might just be some part of your diet/lifestyle that is causing a minor issue, and you can change that and heal. Might be something much more serious. Love yourself, please.

Ninja You one of the lucky ones! Survived the C-word and horrible accident (RIP 1Stockf30). The big kicker is that You can go into work and honestly say you love your job + it’s providing enough to build a good life for your family. I’ve have jobs I loved but the pay and benefits was not enough for a me as a Husband and father, so I had to move on.

Never trust just 1 jacl stand... I used them for years but finallybwitnessed one malfunction. It was properly seated and somehow it still slipped. Did not break and no damage to jack stand..still use it but now put wood blocks somewhere to catch if stand fails... To this day I dont understand how it slipped because I always make sure to seat them all the way and did that day also. Have heard others say the same thing. Maybe best to throw them away and get a set that has a safety pin or mechanism of some sort. Mine will get thrown away as soon as I get the money..intil then leave jack under car and wood blocks.... Many people did from this every year and it totally can be prevented...never get in a hurry if it makes a chance you get injured or killed..
