I am watching the videos in reverse chronology, mostly, having just discovered you and your vlogs about six months ago, which at the time felt like a life-saver, as I gather many people are doing now that you have sort of gone off-air, at least on youtube. I, too, worked for decades at places like AG, and am a surfer (wind, body, boogie board) and macrobiotic, and loved your reference to Laird Hamilton and his coffee and tea. Thanks, I looked him up, and was inspired, encouraged, and am ordering his matcha tea (I know this is years later after you made the video,) .... I am also grabbing some tocotrienols, but, as for the ghost pepper chips, you may not have been aware that canola oil is really toxic and that those chips are loaded with canola oil, just saying.....

Putting oil on before hot yoga sounds like torture when you have oily skin haha

contrary to belief, putting oil on combats your skin producing oil. try sleeping with a night oil and see how it works for your skin! :)
