it wasn't much of one as I kinda winged it but here it goes: ingredients: fresh salmon lemon salt / pep capers grapeseed oil pepitas 1. let oil get really hot 2. zest lemon and salt/pep the salmon 3. put on pan and let it brown on both sides (aprx 4-6 mins each side) 4. in another pan, heat oil and fry capers + pepitas, move around so it doesn't burn salad: kale fennel anchovies EVOO 1. clean and chop kale and fennel 2. mince 1-3 anchovies 3. make dressing by mixing EVOO, salt, lemon juice, minced anchovies, a few capers + caper water, salt + pep 4. whisk the dressing so the EVOO gets creamy 5. plate the salad 6. place pan fried salmon on top 7. finish with fried capers + pepitas

You can get candle wax out just by sticking it in the freezer. Then it cracks super easy and just falls out with a little pressure. I normally take a stab at it with a knife. It's a lot easier and doesn't waste any water!

You can add that wax to a candle then if you'd like too. Or reheat it to make a candle!
