Crazy to think, this is a compilation of only a handful. Imagine if all of us had a good singing voice, vocal control and the creativity to articulate and convey what its like for us too, we'd all still be watching this compilation because the song resonates so far and wide. Consider that, then think of dax being somebody just like any of us. The impact made for so many, truly cannot be quantified & that alone sets him above others. With his blessing, he spreads that love blessing us with his music. God bless you and your family Daniel, love from South Africa. Thank you sir, Baie Dankie meneer, Ngiyabonga baba. To everyone, if you used your time to read this or if you didnt, God bless you, your family and your life.

My name is Eva. I have been sober eighteen months. My son, who has HF ASD, introduced me to this song, and I am forever grateful to him for sharing this with me. If you are battling addiction, don't give up. Keep fighting, and please know you are not alone. Recovery is possible!!! Life on this side is AMAZING!!!!! During my recovery, my family and I were homeless. We now have a place to live, stable jobs, and I am completing my degree in Psychology, so I can become a Substance and Abuse Counselor. Slow and steady wins the race. It's not easy, but recovery is achievable, and it is SO worth it!!! #soberliving #ODAAT Thank you, Dax, for writing an amazing song that has promoted the healing of so many people!!!

From another perspective... I grew up in a war zone due to an abusive, alcoholic Father. When these videos started, I was just a few months leaving a relationship with an alcoholic partner. I was so angry. Watching these videos, hearing the words of so many... brought me to ugly cries every time. I was able to find understanding, empathy and feelings other than anger. This helped me to remember the love that had once existed, let go of regret and HEAL. I would never go back because the abuse was too much. But, I don't linger in the bad feelings and I really believe I was able to work through this because of THIS project and the divine timing! Thank you Dax and all contributors! ❤

Elvis’ manager, Col. Tom Parker, said in a press conference shortly after his death: “Elvis didn’t die. The body did. We’re keeping up the good spirits. We’re keeping Elvis alive. I talked to him this morning and he told me to 'carry on.’” (Elvis did not die and he wanted out. - Col. Tom Parker. 1977) After hearing so many stories about the death of Elvis Presley, I have decided to tell the world the real story on the facts concerning that day in August, 1977. Yes, that day, the 16th of August. Is it a coincidence that a person born on that January 8, first month, eighth day, would perish on the 8th month and the 16th day? Probably if two (2) people were born on that day it makes more sense. You see, numerology always played an important part of my life and still does today. So many people have written or spoke about my death as a hoax. It was not a hoax! I decided to reinvent myself in the form of my brother (Jesse Garon) and yes, Elvis Presley did die that day. But after much searching for the right people, I found several people from different states who I consider my most loyal and trustworthy friends. To some people this book will be just another scandalous piece of fiction, but when you are done I think you will think otherwise. I always felt my brother deserved to live and what better way to let him live his life than to end mine. I was lonely, depressed, in bad health and my numerology chart said that this was the time for it to come to end. Anyone who studies numerology will understand, those who don't may want to look into it. All of the facts (and there are many) even the experts will say they are more than coincidences. I no longer give away Cadillacs or expensive pieces of jewelry because I am nothing more than a man who had a very famous brother. I am not a great literate (I never wrote my own songs), but I am not illiterate either. The perfect day August 16, 1977, 1 + 9 + 7 + 7 = 24, my age backwards (42), the facts go on and on. But my true reasons for the book are for my fans. My death was not a hoax! To my fans, please forgive me, my brother deserved to live, he was with me constantly (spiritually). My life would not be the same had he lived at birth. This was my way of giving him life, and corny as it sounds. The Colonel took this secret to his grave. He was a loyal friend. But I will no longer stand by and have people like Gail Brewer tell you stories that are pure fiction. This book written by a true friend will help you realize why I did what I did. - The Truth About Elvis Aron Presley In His Own Words. (2001). My fascination with the idea of a hoax about death was when Jim Morrison died July 3rd, 1971. Although I saw no correlation (he died at age 27) I was astounded that as famous as he was the body was just closed up and shipped out. Now I don't know all the facts concerning his death. I thought it awfully strange that no autopsy was performed (or so I thought) and just forgotten about. There were a lot of rumors about his death. I noticed he was born on the 8th day. Born in 1944 = 1-8 and died in 1971 = 1-8. Remember my comeback in 1968? 1+9+6+8 = 24. Obviously, I was no longer 24, so I reversed the age to 42. The next time that number had any relevance was 1977 (1+9+7+7 = 24 when I would be 42. Numerology can and does play an important part of my life and we knew that would have to be the date. Most people if they know what to look for will find significance in the forms of numbers in all of my movies! Example: gravestone in " Loving You" (year) 1878 = ? (1+8+7+8 = 24). You have to look at the movies. My hero James Dean died at the age of 24, but I was on top of the world then and wanted to live. - The Truth About Elvis Aron Presley In His Own Words. (2001). I will start about 1974 when the thought first came to me about faking my death. I have always been fascinated with the occult and other spiritual things. When I first saw a wax dummy of myself made by a Mr. Cooper I was fascinated with it. For some time I had thought if it was possible? Could I pull this thing off? I had asked Mr Cooper if he could make another wax dummy for me. He said he could. I in turn said I wanted him to do it and keep it strictly confidential. When I had mentioned it to a very few close friends (Joe Esposito, Larry Geller) they did not think I was serious. I was tired of being Elvis Presley, my health was deteriorating. I just couldn't keep up. My finances were floundering because of my daddy's poor business ventures. I was at my wit's end. As the years progressed I had my ups and downs which are pretty well documented in other books. I also had two detectives from Colorado who I trusted immensely. Originally the date was 1976 according to my numerology charts but I chickened out. A pact was made on the grounds of Graceland one night, hands placed over hands that this secret would never be spoken of outside this room. I picked four (4) of us initially and to this day all have kept the secret. I also know when this book reaches the bookstores people (my loyal friends) will be heartbroken. They took care of me and convinced others that I was no longer alive. In reality Elvis Presley died that day and my twin brother "Jesse" came to life, living in hiding but as a normal human being. I skip around because I am writing stream of consciousness. My own Daddy bless his soul never knew the truth. Little Lisa was told months later and explained to her she would not see me much. The Colonel took this secret to his grave. Many people believe me to still be alive but I was told in the beginning there would be no contact in order for this to work. I go thru a lot of ups and downs since 1977 and have lived in many states but I insisted I needed to be in a warm climate. My personal thoughts are that my fans will understand. That is very important to me. I just could not face myself any more after seeing myself in the mirror and that is where Larry Geller came in. He asked if he could write a book, and I gave him my blessing. "If I Can Dream" is the title and I like his book. He had filled my head with spiritual thoughts and made me believe we could pull this off. If I had stayed longer I think I would have been booed off the stage. That is why I chose the date 8-16-77. Do you know how many famous people passed away on that date? The great Robert Johnson died on 8-16 and he was born in 1935! Babe Ruth, and Bela Lugosi and many others. I must say I was very nervous that day 8-16. But it had to be done before I went on the road where I would not have been able to pull it off. Did you know there are secret compartments in Graceland that very few people know about! A few like Vester would joke about my being alive but no one took him serious. Many of my friends would ask if I were still alive and they have their doubts but as it was I might have died broke and just a shell of myself. I was given an injection that looked like I was dead but the people closest to me knew better. Believe me I had my doubts that this could be pulled off. But it did and I became Jesse, just a poor white southern boy who didn't sing a lick of anything. I feel bad my Daddy wasn't allowed to know but it just couldn't be done. Huge shout out to Dax for writing one of the most powerful songs on substance abuse and then allowing his fans from around the world to feature on his song and tell their stories. The lost souls of the world are not found in churches. I’m so glad that this song has changed so many lives and shout out to the people who submitted their verses for the courage to be vulnerable and tell their stories. I lost so many friends to substance abuse and seen lives and families ruined. It’s refreshing to see a different approach to show compassion and try to help these people instead of demonizing them. You never know what someone is going through, so instead of judging please be kind. Because only God can judge you. And to anyone fighting addiction, stay strong you can get through it and start a new life. Thank you Dax and everyone for sharing your stories to help others. This is a huge problem in society and everyone seems to just turn away or ignore it. This is a huge step in the right direction for a change. Please listen to the original song “Dear Alcohol” by Dax and his other positive life changing music. 💚 ;

Let me share with you all another proof that proofs EARTH IS FLAT AND THE SUN IS CLOSE: SOLAR PANELS - these won`t work if that version of our earth is the way nasa tells us. a little thinking and putting the dots together and a REAL AND LOGICAL ANSWER IS ADDED AMONG OTHERS. - that`s how easy it is to research. Wait. I do think that I can share even another proof: The science channels: as we all take ourselves as highly educated then we should be able to notice a lot - right? - therefore if you all have notice the same I have, then you TRULY KNOW AND SEE THAT THEY, (NASA) NEVER HAVE SEND A THING OUT OF THE EARTH. - THEY PLACE THESE ALL AROUND ON THIS EARTH. Yes, they do a show for us and send them up in the sky for a moment, but all of these come back down soon as their “fake show for us is over” - here is wise to ask: WHAT GOES ON BEHIND THE CURTAINS? Therefore the question I ask from you all: DID YOU MANGE TO NOTICE THE FAKESNES OF IT ALL? The question form bible to us: TO WE HAVE EYES TO SEE AND EARS TO EAR? and my question: DID YOU ALL NOTICE? - both are the same question just asked a little different: Therefore to have EYES THAT TRULY SEE = TO NOTICE ALL THERE IS TO NOTICE.

You can do it. I don't care if your Christian or not. And I'm not one to push Christ (not religion) but He still loves you no matter what. He didn't die for you for nothing, he died because he loves you, your sins are as far as the east is from west, you just have to accept him to your heart. I know in some places they talk about "higher power" and all that. But It's Jesus. You're not alone. I struggle everyday. Fixing my mistakes is like trying trying to build a house out of ashes. But you can't give up, you can't give up on yourself. But but always know you can overcome. I don't know you, I don't know what you're going going through, but, if I'm anyone to say I promise that you can do this, then I will.

This song is accurate with out any doubt. I'm a recovering alcoholic. I have 5 years clean and I run sober houses for women. Unfortunately when people get some clean time we forget where we came from. I want to thank Dax with my whole heart, when I first heard this song through the last time, it humbled me. It took me back to who I was and where I came from. How hard I crawled up from the hole of despair that is the bottle You humbled me. Made me see I have to always remember where I came from, so that I make sure history never repeats itself. Congratulations on your sobriety and your songs that are absolute FIRE.

As a 70 year old woman, believe me I can relate to all the words being sung. I’m still in pain, no amount of therapy makes the pain go away like escaping into the bottle of wine or whiskey. Recently, I was told I have liver issues, now my decision is to let it kill me, or change. I had to be mother and father to 3 small children, and the whole time I did nothing, no weed, no alcohol, no pills, just raw feelings from all the abuse of others, from a little girl to a grown woman. Now, I’m alone in my feelings with weed and alcohol. I say this to say take care of yourself before you wake up one day to look in the mirror and see 70, and the pain is still in your eyes.

Dax you put this mix out at the perfect time. I use music as a therapy to cope with life. When this came out I hit my knees and just started sobbing. I have been battling with depression and anxiety since 18. When this came out I was just that close to saying enough was enough. This song may be about alcohol but it hit different for me I took it to a place that hit home hard. Thank you Dax.

Bro I don't think I can choose a favorite verse because everyone dropped something special. I love how you are taking both well known artists and very gifted fans voices and story they shared with us and amplified it to places that it possibly wouldn't reach before. Every verse is something I feel resonate in me as my dad was an alcoholic and I been 1 as well as having other addictions. Recovery is so hard sometimes because at times it feels as if nothing I do is good enough for anyone and I been ignored by the ones claiming that they love me allowing me to feel hopeless and losing myself and honestly my memory Skips from January to June when my addiction left me to jail but that was a blessing. God came and let me relearn both myself and him and I am working hard to continue with my positive progress in my life. Anyway thank you dax for making things like this and "Dear God" and thank you to whoever reads this.

THE NEW YORK CITY - a proof that the movie: THEY LIVE was a doc. film and filled with truth. kzbin.info/www/bejne/mHatdpqqgJyUaMk Still, no wise man is a drag queen. Only the FEAR OF GOD, keeps us wise, without it, we turn dumb again. Aren`t it ironic? - we call ourselves intelligent yet missing the FEAR OF GOD and replacing it with pointless "education". So are we truly educated, by killing off all that has a breath? - cutting off trees, while live in an illusions that : oh don`t worried, we will plant these back soon. Do we not know that FOR A SMALL TREES TO BECOME A HEALTHY STRONG FOREST, A HUMAN LIFETIME MUST PASS. We, who plant the seed of the trees, DO NOT SEE THESE RASING UP. Nor do our Children before they are old. Grandchildren in between their lives (ages 40 or 50 and up) - they may have a chance for it. But as we keep cutting these off , all the chances then are taken away. - we killing off the animals - WHAT WILL WE THEN EAT? - We build all back a digital and not real - chasing after the illusion of living forever here on this dead earth. Yet not realizing that for a human to survive and live digital - A CHANGE IN THE DNA MUST TAKE PLACES. - Yet millions humans believe that they stay human - THE DO NOT STAY HUMAN - EVEN BIBLE PROOF IT. So let me ask once again: ARE WE EDUCATED OR NOT?
