He’ll maybe be back in the building for rehab eventually if he doesn’t retire but for now it’ll be whatever procedures are done and back to Malibu.

As a Packer fan, I was sad for Rodgers. He did nothing wrong leaving. It just was not working out between him and the new front office. It happens. I was rooting for him. He gave us some of the best football we will ever see. He will always be loved in Wisconsin and will always be a legend here. That said, I was also happy for Jordan Love and Im really excited about the Packers team Gutenkust has built. He has absolutely killed it on draft day and its nice to see Green Bay get back to hard-nosed defense and power running again.

People put too much meaning into week 1 games lol. People saying Love is the 2nd coming of Jesus Christ, people saying that Josh Allen is washed, people saying that the Giants or Bears wont win a game. The Lions, for example, started last season 1-6 and then finished with a 9-8 winning record.

Honestly, I don't think Love showed all that much. he had a 55% completion percentage with like 5 seconds to throw on generally short fields. The Bears defense isn't very good and he still struggled outside of 4 broken plays. A 30-yard completion on bad coverage when he had perfect protection. A 51-yard screen to Aaron Jones to the 7. A 35-yard dump-off to Aaron Jones on terrible coverage. And a 37-yard fumble-action pass on incredibly broken coverage. That's not to say his other completions weren't good balls, but he also had as much time to throw as he wanted. I'll wait until after the Lions game, when he gets real pressure and a couple more games under his belt, to decide whether he's the real deal or the Bears' defense just sucks.

On the browns/Bengals - that game was so wet no one was throwing well. Mixon slipped and fell into an embarrassing pose and the browns just stopped it all after the first half. Bengals defense couldn't stop the run in the rain.
