As much as I hate to say it I think the Raiders will actually be solid next year. They'll definitely the 2nd most complete team in the West over the Chargers and Broncos, and will probably finish 2nd. That defense has the potential to be Top 5 in the league, their receiving corps is solid, and Gardner Minshew is being slept on as a starting QB. They remind me a lot of last year's Browns: great defense and strong receivers with a big question mark at quarterback.
