It's great to have found you this way I can see and learn different skill from you. I have a question: Can you make a video on paraprofessionals in general? For example job description, your expectations, what kind of experience and qualifications paraprofessionals must have. Also if your paraprofessionals help you with classroom activities preparation, lamination, etc. What training everyone in your class and in school have had to come back to in person school.
