Yeah I remember when I first saw this fight and I felt really bad for the kid. He turned 20 years old 3 months prior. Poor guy seemed like he was shitting bricks, especially after the first knockdown. And Floyd toying with him and smiling at him made it worse. I think that’s why the knockdowns looked so unusual to many people because the kid was panicking and extremely nervous. He never really had a chance against Floyd, but I have *endless* respect for Tenshin for getting in there and doing his best under that kind of pressure

Young undefeated Mike Tyson vs veteran legend Larry Holmes. Tenshin probably viewed that fight and thought he could do the same. Back to life. Back to reality. Larry isn't Floyd and Tenshin isn't Mike. Also, Nasukawa didn't take advantage of his southpaw stance and if you're a lefty that can't use it properly against orthodox fighters then they tend to lead with their face as seen here. Well I think that pretty much says it all. Floyd just wants to have fun and choose fights that he knows he can win. He doesn't challenge himself anymore, I mean I guess he doesn't really need to he's almost a billionaire but if that's really the case you should just retire or find some new endeavor. He gets upset when people don't consider him the greatest of all time yet for almost the past decade he's constantly picked the safe fights.
