How to install, wire and program a Rinnai MC-195 T-US controller.

I usually make a video when I get a couple of questions on one type of subject, 10 or so questions buy I have received no less the 80 questions on this topic.
This is an old video but one that I need to repost. Since Rinnai has come out with their new series of condensing tankless heaters especially the one with the recirculation pump that replaced the RUR series they no longer give a WIFI controller and even with the old RUR series you would have to buy the MC-195 controller. I have found that Rinnai's WI-FI controller does not work to good to say the least and I would always sell the MC-195T-US controller. The only problem that this controller has is if you lose power for whatever reason you would have to reset the time on the top of the unit.
The question I would get is how you wire and or setup the controller. It appears that the Tech. support is not doing a good job in explaining the install or setup of the unit. This is the feedback I am receiving from my comments and E-Mails.

Does the controller just act like a thermostat? I. E. Connects the circuit together which triggers the recirculation pump?

I have a question about the tankless system, I install I installed the rini two tanks that come already together with a storage tank with a small three-quarter inch circulator pump and sometimes I’m getting low flow messages on the washing machines. What do you think I did wrong?

Hi Mike, can you please help me to solve the following problem: Recently l had a company install an RU199 iN gas tankless water heater in żhì.. after installation, I noticed that I was loosing lots of cold water before hot water flowed. The company then added a recirculation pump and crossover valve, however there has been little change in getting heated wate. Can tell me how to fix this problem. Thanks.
