No. He can't die not even in our world. Hook.says that he should be dead. Even in a land without magic only the dagger can kill him

He cant die in any realm (without being stabbed by the dagger but that passes on the dark magic or the use of equally dark magic such as dreamshade) thats why he is trying so hard to be free from the dark magic without passing it on and the only way to do that is to find the guardian the one person who is incorruptible by dark magic
